This website only collects personal data through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, studio or company, and your message. Here we explain what we do with it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry. If it leads to a professional relationship, we keep them for its duration and for the periods required by law.
05 · Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties. To run the website and email we use these providers, who process it only on our behalf: IONOS (website hosting), Resend (sending the form messages) and Zoho (email).
Some of them are companies based in the United States. In that case, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hola@queimafilms.com.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
